You can now register at SWI, Planet Sports, or go directly to Mr. Giovanni Ulanimo, Ma'am Rhea Garcia, Mrs. Aida Garcia, Mr.Robert Jaramilla and Silver Ceria. Registration fee is only 50 pesos.
