Coinciding with my 75th birthday, and after 9 years and 9 volumes of random notes, I finally say goodbye to this weekly habit. My diamond celebration of life provided a deep insight for me, that the weekly writing must escalate to another level that is more personal. And I dedicate most of my remaining times to my family and my philanthropic works in VGent Foundation, Inc. Concurrently, my turnover of operational involvement in the VGent Group as chairman is almost complete.
As I bid goodbye to this weekly writing, I would say that this is not the last of my words to you. When I feel like writing again, I shall. But that would perhaps on a lesser frequency. That is the beauty of retiring, the beauty of freedom. You do what you want to do, and enjoy life more.
